1. Crackdown 3
Crackdown 3 was first revealed at E3 2014. It appeared again at E3 2015 but since then we’ve heard very little about this game. That being said I fully expect this game to appear at E3 this year and launch alongside Xbox Scorpio. This could be Microsoft’s big game this year and this could be the game to show off the Scorpio.
2. Sea of Thieves
Sea of Thieves is a game developed by Rare. We’ve seen this game many times and unlike Crackdown 3 we actually have good information about this game. I’m a bit surprised this game hasn’t come out yet but I fully expect a Summer release for this game. Maybe July?
We’ve heard quite a lot about Cuphead and I’m also surprised this game hasn’t come out yet. I actually forgot about this game because it’s been a while since we’ve seen it. I expect this game to be at E3 with a Summer release as well.
4. Recore 2
Recore wasn’t a good game at all I’m not going to lie it was one of the weakest games of 2016 and most disappointing. But I don’t think they’re done with Recore yet. Recore’s concept was excellent and it could have been a great game but poor execution made this game fall flat. If Recore 2 does happen I hope they learn from their mistakes and make it a more enjoyable game without bugs.
Yes, I know Scalebound was canceled and I was actually very disappointed with this. Scalebound looked awesome when it was first revealed and it really could have been a hit. We all already know Microsoft renewed Scalebound’s trademark so don’t loose hope. Scalebound could still be coming and it’s only a matter of time until we know the real truth.
6. New IP
Last year we got Quantum Break and it was a solid game. I really do think Microsoft is working on something big for the Xbox Scorpio. Maybe a new FPS game? Or an action adventure game like Uncharted? Anyways something big is definitely coming.
7. Xbox VR
We already know VR is coming out for the Xbox and I have a feeling it will be showcased this E3. They’ll talk about how well it works with the Xbox Scorpio. Sony released their own VR last year so it’s only a matter of time until Microsoft release their own VR
8. Xbox Scorpio
Xbox Scorpio will 100% be at E3 then again I think that’s a given. Xbox Scorpio is said to be the most powerful console. Microsoft could really have a massive end of the year if they reveal a good price for this new powerhouse console. I can expect a brand new exclusive released alongside the Scorpio to show everyone the Scorpio’s true power.
